Do you have a recommendation for a good tailor in the atlanta area? I am looking for some to perform alterations to my blazers, suits and dress shirts as needed.
For my alterations, I either go to Ken Barber Clothing, or Estaban at Q Tailors at Phipps Plaza. Estaban does a lot of the guys that work at the Ralph Lauren store at Lenox. I also go to Sid Mashburn. Mashburn is a little more expensive, but they do excellent work. They generally have a few weeks wait though.
After a long 5-6 week wait, my first custom-made dress shirt from MyTailor.com arrived: a red-gingham button-down collar.
On the whole, I like it a lot and am pleased with the product. The fit is incredibly good and it was worth the wait.
